Hi All,

Working holiday Maker visa stay period, will be considered for ILR?

I came to this country as a working holiday maker on Dec2005 but i had swithed to HSMP oct2006. will it be possibe to count working holiday maker stay for ILR. if it would be countable then i am already eligible for ILR ...if not then i have to wait till oct2011... :(

Any views are more than welcome.

unfortunately WORKING HOLIDAY MAKER VISA does not count towards ILR. So u need to count 5 yrs from oct2006.
