what we can do if we over 28 but and less then 30

i read in an internet site that age over 28 need to show 10 years of experience..i need to know that what if the person is over 28 but 30 or less then 30 in age....from where he can get the 10 years of experience...please let me know if anyone know the answer of my question...means i am 30 years and i have 5 years of work experience in programming...can i qualify for the HSMP...thanks

Why do u want to be in the UK ? Dont try like a crazie person to somehow get here. It is no wonderland and IMHO - HSMP rules are to help everyone.

There is no point having a visa and no job - correct ? Other way situation is much better. So see if u qualify if not and u see there is much demand then for your profile see if someone can process your WP.

I see a few here who are HSMP / PR holders or naturalised and have no jobs. Dont put you and family under stress running behind an oasis. My two cents anyways...

The information you got from the internet site you mentioned is at best incomplete.
Get the hsmp guidelines from the official website www.workingintheuk.gov.uk
For the sake of brevity, a 30year old with 5years graduate level work experience (appropriately evidenced) will get 25points for work experience.
