Before I ask any question let me explain my situation.
I am Pakistani national and on Tier1(General) Visa from last 1 year and working and living in UK.
My wife is Turkish national and a civil servant in Germany and she is completing her 8 years of German residency next year.
We met a year ago and recently we visited Pakistan and married there. Now she is back in Germany and I am in UK. We know we have to register our wedding here in UK or Germany so we can see each other frequently. we are planning to live together.
As we both are non EU so things are not easy I would rather say process is very complicated. We have decided either one of us have to join other at some point but as soon as possible, so we can live together. We are considering are options openly.
I am just checking what is best situation for us. I mean in terms of time and immigration laws. I know I can bring her here as dependent I know all about UK spouse visas. But my question is do she have to apply dependent visa from Germany or Turkey. Because she is civil servant in Germany its not easy for her to go back Turkey and stay there till her visa sorted out for UK because she is here from last 7 years virtually she dont have any place to live in Turkey so that will be very costly for us. And same vice versa as I have a good job and I dont want to go Pakistan and wait till my German spouse dependent visa sorted out. When we think about option, I join her there we do not have any clear information how to proceed with current situation.But even above two are only options for us then still we are ready for that but we need to be sure what is best for us. We have number of questions in our mind such as:
Can she apply my dependent visa from Germany?
Can I apply as her dependent visa from UK?
Where to register our wedding UK/Germany:S and how long it will take?
How long and difficult to be together in our situation?
What is best option for us to be together ?
Can some one tell me how long and painstaking is all this process if she moves with me here in UK or if I moves to Germany with her. Or which is the best option for us in terms of law and immigration.
Sorry for a long post but we really do not know from where to start process now. We google and search a lot. But more we search more we get confuse in this matter. We do not want to waste our time/money to be together. We are really stressed and confused now.
Please please someone share some personal experiences or advise so we know which is the best way to go for us.
We both will be grateful for advises and guidance.
