When someone applying for an Fiancé visa In India for the the UK - how long does it take? I know the statistics,but would love to know how long it would really take?

I need to apply for my spouse visa in India to bring her to UK - I'm on HSMP visa in UK. Can you please help by telling what document I need to submit/Provide for visa.

The average wait in India for a spouse or fiance visa is on average around 3 months ( 12 weeks)
