20 points for the immigration history in psw

i have got the uk student visa for ten months course and taken admission in MSc in september 2008. after finishing my taught module i went back home in july 2009. as my visa was expired. i have applied the visa from home and got it in october 2009. i have come back to uk in Feb-2010 to complete my msc thesis. I got the MSc degree now and want to apply for the Post Study work permit. During my course period i don't have the visa during july 2009 to october 2009.
I want to know if i am eligible for the 20 points of immigration history. as the rules has changed after april 2010.
