method of entry questionnaire eea2

Hi, does been illegal affect my eea2 as unmaried partner?(been toghether for 6 years), i just recieved after 19 month of waiting a letter from HO asking for the same documments i already sent plus a method of entry questionnaire; and its the the questionnare that make me nervous as my entry was illegal.

(its the time i may be waisted that hurt the most )

any knowledge or experience will be much apericiated

Illegal entry does affect your eea2 application as an unmarried partner. However, if your relationship is genuine with commitment like having a child together or mortgage will help you in appeal even if the home office refuse it the judge will consider the human right aspect of your appeal.
