Need information regarding false documents!!

If we apply false document to uk visa.He/she is banned for 10 yrs to entry to the united kingdom.My question is how do we know that he/she is banned to entry uk for 10 yrs.Does ECO stamp in passport ???
Again if we apply for visa.Does we have chance to get visa within banned period of time ??? Need suggestion..

I'm not sure about the first question but I'm positive that you will keep getting a refusal if you apply during the time that you are banned.
