Post by rubenmende » Tue Jun 22, 2010 3:37 pm

My wife and recently got married in Costa Rica, she is Italian but lived in England for over 9 years, we are now planning on moving to England and we want to know if we can just apply for an EEA Permit and then move to the UK so we can both work.

Thank You Wanderer,

Here maybe you can help me, the one thing that I'm the most worried about is IF SHE NEEDS TO SHOW THAT SHE CAN SUPPORT ME $$$ ???!!! or if we can just moved there together with the EEA PERMIT and then just look for JOBS. as I said before she lived for 9 years in the UK, she has a University degree and can get a job easily but in my case I will need the EEA Permit ! She is now in CR because her parents own a Hotel here that's why we met here and now want to move to the UK
