Hi, I'm submitting my application very soon. and I have question about supporting documents

1. Age
Is my passport enough or I need to submit birth certificate?

2. Certification
I'm unable to submit the original certificate, and the institute is unable to re-issue the original one, they can issue a stamped and signed one, also they can issue:
a. A letter statng thet I have received a degree, official headed signed and stamped paper
b. original marksheet

should be fine (please check the application form where you get options to select relevant check box.

See the policy guidance in that section , when degree of award in not available.
Get letter from college/university and get all mark sheets and transcripts ready.
