Urgeny help needed

Dear Sirs,
I have been working in UK for past around two years. My work permit will be expiring in october. I have decided to opt for HSMP. I am from India and have two master degrees, I started working in June 2000 so Its exactly four years. My income is less than as specified to earn any points in points section. As my experience is exactly four years, i am a bit worried, Is it necessary to have more than 4 years of experience or exactly four years will do. There is one more thing, what exactly the specalist work experience mean as I am a Java specialist and have been working in this field for more than two years. I am under 28 years. One more thing, I had topped in my masters class and received gold medal and I have also received couple of appreciation letters from my company, do this fall under significant acheivement catagory??

You need at least 4 years so you meet the criteria.
