UK Allowance validity

Hi, I am planning to apply for UK Tier 1 Visa within a week. I have 30 points for bachelor degree + 20 points for age + 5 points for UK experience. Thus I need 20 points for previous earnings. i am applying the period 1st apr 09 to 31st march 10. Within this period, i was in UK (on tier 2 WP) between 1st Apr. 09 to 15th feb 2010, and I was getting a UK living allowance of 2650 £ per month plus indian salary of 50 K. Thus if I take my total Uk earnings+ indian salary (without multiplication factor) , that comes to more than 35000 £, thus I make 75 points on attributes.
However, my question is can I claim points for my UK allowance, since i did not get any pay slips for the 2650 £ every month. Every month i used to claim my allowances on Expense claim form, though I have a terms & conditions letter from my employer which shows its contractual obligation to pay the same.

Now, all I have obtained from my UK employer is a consolidated statement of earnings for the entire period (1/04/09 - 15/02/10), however it has a heading which reads -
'XXXX(Company name) EXPENSE ACCOUNT FOR Mr. YYYYY'
However, for my indian salary, i have monthly salary slips for the entire period.

So in such a condition, please advise if I can apply for tier - 1 visa..

I am very anxious to know this, as I have very little time in hand (I am going to be 30 early next month, so will loose 10 points if i dont apply by next week end) . Please please help....
