EEA2 but EU citizen from caribbean island

Post by Jammydogger » Fri Jun 25, 2010 7:46 pm

Hi,

I really need some information urgently. My aunt is EU citizen but via Caribbean Islands thats still ruled by Holland. We're both from Jamaican.

I know of other that have applied for EEA2 has dependant relatives but I've recently heard that we dont qualify because we've not lived in EU country together.

I'm a work permit holder who has applied for COA for marriage but our relationship has broken so we will not be getting married. UKBA has my passport and my Work permit has now expired.

I'm bit screwed really.....
Thanks in advance

Yes she is a full dutch citizen, she has the normal passport. She's waiting on her appointment to get her
ID card.
