Ashok Hearty Congratulations !!

Could you please help me in my case as below ....

Applying by post on 15th July.

1. Age : 20 points (DOB: 05-July-1982).

2. Degree: B.E. UK NARIC DataBase in PBS: 30 points

3. Previous Earnings:

######## Indian GROSS Salary ########

9. Jan 2010: INR 53045
10. Feb 2010: INR -17070 :arrow: {This reflects in Indian Payslip but was deducted from UK pay slip -244 GBP in March as LOAN REPAY }
11. March 2010: INR 5000
12. April 2010: INR 5000

===================
Gross Indian Sal : INR 479015

Spot Rate used - 30-April-2010: 0.014720

After conversion & uplift of sal: GBP 37370

######## UK GROSS Salary ########

Pay roll date 18 -Jan-2010

My queries
1. Can I show earnings from Indian salary & UK salary for the period of Jan, Feb, Mar & April 2010 ? In India I was getting a basic Salary into my Indian account for Feb, Mar & April 2010. :!:

2. As I worked 15 Days in Jan in India & 15 in UK, I was paid full Indian Sal for Jan & later shown on Feb Salary pay slip of India (-17070) & deducted from UK Salary of March 2010 as LOAN REPAY GBP 244.73. Do I need to show any details other than the pay slip ? Do I need to make this clear in my cover letter ? :!:

3. Can I remove the February Indian payslip of -17070 INR & keep March & April (INR 5000 each) + UK Payslips FEB + MAR + APR ? :!:

=====

Total Point up to now 75

4. English Language: My university is in UK NARIC DataBase on PBS system. : 10 points

5. Maintenance Fund:

I can show a balance of GBP 2400 (800 - myself + 1600 - dependent wife) from 20 March till my application date.

However I will be getting a bank statement from 01-April-2010 till 30-June-2010 on a special request to be posted to my home address fo 90 days duration for ease of proof. Is this fine ?

Point Earned : 10 points

======
Total points earned :

Age + Qualification + Previous Earning = 75

English Language = 10

Maintenance Fund = 10

Please let me know if you find any thing that is confusing or may be a problem for the case reader. Appreciate your response on this.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delay mate -

First and foremost - Rules are changing - If you apply through post by July 15th i am not sure if it reaches by July 19th...coming to the other queries -

My queries
1. Can I show earnings from Indian salary & UK salary for the period of Jan, Feb, Mar & April 2010 ? In India I was getting a basic Salary into my Indian account for Feb, Mar & April 2010. :!:
[Ans] - No probs - you can show

[ANS] - No need because the gross salary is after the respective deductions

All they see is the gross salaries for month and respective net payments made to the bank.

In this aspect you should show both the bank statement I believe - the one in India and UK..

3. Can I remove the February Indian payslip of -17070 INR & keep March & April (INR 5000 each) + UK Payslips FEB + MAR + APR ? :!:
[ANS] - if you are showing the payslips for the priod between May 2009 to April 2010, it does notmatter if you skip a months pay unless and until you are making enough points of the earnings you show.

I would recommend to take advise from a senior member.
