Hi all,
My student visa refused and I am on appeal now. My history:
1. I applied for Tier4 visa in Nov 2010 which is 20 days before my visa expire.
2. My college was suspended in early December 2010.
3. My visa was refused on 31 March because my college was not in the list at the time of checking.
4. I appealed in April and hearing will be in September 2010.
5. My college was revoked on 17 May 2010.
I was advised to enroll a new college and get a CAS number ASAP and study there while waiting for a hearing date. Unfortunately colleges don't give me CAS because I don't have valid visa. They say that we can offer you a place in Sep/ October term, if your appeal win, we'll give a CAS. Finally, I found a college who willingly give me a CAS and I can start my study now, on 1 July 2010.
My questions:
There are 2 groups of people whether I should study while waiting for my hearing.
1. Should I get a CAS and start my study now, or
2. Should I wait not studying until my hearing? In that case, can I appeal without CAS, but unconditional offer instead?
3. How it is strong to win my appeal?
Please help me on my confusing questions.
Thanks
