Tier 2 Visa got refused

Post by chanduvenkata » Tue Jul 06, 2010 8:17 pm

Hi Experts,

My visa for Tier 2 work permit for uk was refused under paragraph 320(7a) and 320(7b)of the uk immigration rules HC395. ECO refused for 10years.

Can any one help me how to approach ? To get visa ? I'm a software professional , i'm worried about my career.

it is bit urgent, as i was supposed to start work in uk with in 10 days.

Thanks

What reasons were given for refusing under 320(7A) and (7B)? It's helpful if you can just type out the wording straight from the refusal notice.

What is your UK immigration history?

I think it unlikely you'll be starting your new job to be honest, unless there has been a real factual error made by the ECO in your case.

False documents?

If the documents you provided were bona fide and true then appeal.

Follow up on dependants visa application?

Post by kash1234 » Thu Jul 08, 2010 6:04 pm

Hi,

I am applying for my wife's visa soon. I am already in the UK. Just wondering if you can help out?

Did your family receive the dependant tier 2 visa ? What supporting documents did you finally submit? could you please elaborate on the letter your employer wrote? I want to know what info should be included. As its only my wife applying, can the liability be only for £533 and limited to 1 month?

Thanks buddy!

Regards,

K
