FLR (M) OR SET (M)

I have got ILR last week on 10 year long residence ( 8years student and 2years PSW) after 8 months waiting.
Now I want to apply my wife and daughter ILR.
Please some one advise me about on which form i have to apply for my wife and daughter,
wife living with me here as my dependent from 8 years on my student and psw dependent visa.
daughter born in the uk in 2003 . so i applied her passport from pak high commission and got stamp from home office as a student dependent.
now i am confuse about which form i have to use FLR M OR SET M? :roll:

Wife should switch to FLR(M).
Daughter entitled to register for British citizenship (Section 1(3)).
