Nidhi,

By references, I mean employer experience letters in the required HSMP format.

There was no concept such as fighting my case. I just presented all the facts and reasoning related to my work experience (explaining the doubts by caseworker) which was of 6.5 yrs in IT Telecom domain.

Remember, I had given all employer exp. letters in required HSMP format after lot of research and feedback from previous approved applicants. They were not just my simple relieving and appointment letters but letters taken specifically for HSMP purpose.

Morever, my scoring was widely spread : 25 in Education , 35 inWork Exp. and 25 in Earnings, unlike very high scoring in some section and not at all scoring in other sections.

Regds,
sjgul.
