Am I eligible to apply?

Hello,

My student visa expired on 2nd June and I applied for an FLR(O) visa.

Home Office refused the same on 22nd June.

At present I have got my MSc results in my hand and am willing to
apply for PSW.

According to Home Office, I can stay in this country until 20th July.

Can I apply for a PSW from this UK?

You did not mention any detail how can people reply

when you finished your M.Sc as 2009 batch will finish in Sep 2010 !! and if you finished M.Sc last year then why up till now you were waiting to apply for PSW and why you applied for student visa ??? give us some details...
