I was wandering about that as well until I found this:

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... tregister/

Under the question: "Who is exempt from registration?"

You will see that it says:

"you are also a citizen of the UK, another EEA country that is not listed above, or Switzerland - this is called 'dual citizenship';"

That means I don't need to register for WRS, right? And when applying for FMRS, I will just write a cover letter explaining that I don't need to register for WRS.

One more question: would we be allowed to go to one of the public enquiry offices and apply for 'indefinite leave to remain' or does our case count as complex? If she gets ILR would she be allowed to travel right after she gets it?

We have decided to use my British passport. We booked an appointment for FLR(M) in one of the public enquiry offices. And then in order to travel for our honeymoon, we will have to apply for a Schengen visa.

Could someone be so kind and tell me what exact documents are needed for FLRM? I want to provide them with as many documents as I can.

Also how much money counts as sufficient funds?

It's been three years since I have visited this forum and I'm back for more help (I will open a new thread as it's a different question).

Just to update this topic in case someone is interested:

We were granted COA, got married in UK, went to public enquiry office and got FLR(M), then got ILR and now my wife is planning to apply for Naturalisation and British Passport.

Thank you to everyone who helped and gave advice.

It's been quite a journey :)
