It means you have degree equivalent to UK standard.
PG diploma is not a degree will be be considered as Masters/Postgraduate degree.

But your BSc degree is a degree which could be equivalent to UK BSc.

Basicly, I got an Graduate Diploma in a UK top-level University(I got an BSc degree in my home country), my course is a MSc course.

Is that "a degree level qualification"??
