PBS Dependent application form question

Hi, I am currently in the UK as a dependent of Tier4 general student, and applying for a visa extension but as a dependent of Tier1(Post Study Work).
(As my husband is switching to Tier1 PSW and we will apply at the same time in UK.)

Now I have a question of filling PBS dependent application form(ver 04/2010).If anyone who knows well,, could you please help me??

Section2. F:
Do I need to answer this part?
Neither my husband nor me have ever been issued with an ICFN card.I read the form saying that
"All dependents of Tier2 and Tier4 general student migrants where the main applicant has been issued with an ICFN go to F1.Dependents of all other Migrants go to section G." and I thought I would go to Section G,as I'm not applying as dependent of Tier2 or4.
But I was confused whether it is asking about my current visa category or
a category I'm applying.Form says that ''It is mandately to complete section F if the person is a dependent of Tier2or Tier4 general student migrant." And I am currently a dependent of Tier4 general student migrant..confusing.

Section2. D2 Country/Post(City);
"Where did the dependent obtain entry clearance or a visa before travelling to the UK?"

I submitted my application in person at Visa application centre in Tokyo,Japan.
But all applications submitted in Japan is sent to British Embassy in Manila, Philippines to be assessed.Therefore my visa says 'issued at Manila'.In this case, I think that 'Manila' should be 'Post(City)' but for
Country,should I answer Japan or Philippines..?


Section2. D5;
''Please enter the ref number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found in the dependent's passport or travel document.''

I saw many people answering that is VAF number on visa,just under valid until date of the visa, but some say that are the red numbers right top of the visa. In fact, which is the correct?

Section 2 D2: Country should be Japan because HO is asking you in which country your application was submitted and in which city it was issued. They have all your previous records and they will find out immediately that the application was submitted in Japan and issued in Philippines, so don't worry about that.

Section 2 D5: Please write the number written in red.

Section 2 F: You have to complete section F
