I didnt get dependent passport

I didnt get dependent passport

Hi,

on 9th july we have submited tire1 application at hyderabad VFS,while taking application they kept both passports in one cover only,

but yesterday on 15th july we got main applicant passport only with Tire1 stamping,i shocked when i open cover there is no dependent passport

when i called VFS Customer they said you will get dependent passport by today on16th july

why they did like this is there any chance to reject dependent visa please let me know seniors
