Psw Rejected and on appeal/can i apply for stud again

Hi, I have been rejected for my psw given by cambridge college and still i am in appeal, my visa has been expired on 2008 dec, Please can any one suggest a better option i am really stuck i cant decide anything, is it possible to apply for a good college and apply for a student visa ? or is it better to look for a job sponsor/work permit visa .. Please suggest me
