Irish Passport with CAD Criminal Record entry to USA ???????

I have a criminal record here in Canada have been waiting for a waiver for over 7 years now.

I am a Canadian citizen that was born in Ireland, so I am able to obtain an Irish passport.

Does anyone know that if I cross the border from Canada to USA and use my Irish passport if I will be able to get in to USA without my past record showing up?

What kind of criminal record have you got? What do you mean you have been "waiting for a waiver"? What kind of waiver? Immigrant or non-immigrant?

To do that you would have to lie on your ESTA application (and lying in order to obtain an immigration benefit can carry a lifetime ban). Besides, if your name and DOB are in their records because of your waiver application, it's likely that the system will pick it up when you apply for ESTA.
