hi, i wonder if someone can help me pls.
i entered the country(uk) illegally and my causin apply for me to remain in the country under EU family member residence card. apparently the decision has not been reached yet, but have gotten married to a british citizen and shes preganant now, also she has a son which i really took like my son. have applied to the HO since my circumstances have changed with SET FLR(M), but a friend said to me that was the wrong form, that i should have applied with SET(O) asking for descretionary leave. HO have sent an application recieved and nothing yet, but am very confused right now. i will like to know if my friend was right or am i on the right channel, and if my friend was right what do i do.
i will appreciate if someone can direct me right. thanks :? :?

To apply under UK rules you;d have to do that from your home country.

Where is your cousin from, another EEA State?

DL is hard to get plus the wait is long, plus there doesn't seem to be any real grounds for an Art 8 claim unless there's a good reasonwhy you cannot apply from your home country.
