HSMP fixed deposit maintenance funds refusal - Very urgent

Hi friends,

I have applied for HSMP tier1 on 14th July, i have submitted Bank letter for proof of funds, but the letter was missing a 'any time withdrawal' and asked me for admin review. can any one send me the admin review letter for 245C section and what supporting documents that i can produce. please let me know. thanks!!
