HSMP Experience

Post by kaeeeeet » Thu Mar 23, 2006 4:15 pm

Hello there.
I would like to find out what are the documents I have to submit to prove each company I am working in. I had quite a number of documents which are missing and even pay slips I had only a couple.
Does a company's reference letter enough to prove that I'd worked for the company?
And also if they had rung up my ex-company, what happen if I had left the company a long time and the management changed and they don't know about me? And one of the company I worked for does not speak English at all. I am concern with that.
What would they likely ask when they ring up?
Thank u for your help.

This is quite problematic as they will award points in this section based on what they believe. What they believe indeed no necessarily true. However their previous experience, from previous cases that they have handled make them do this.
