Mnthly Netdeposited by employer=2 deposits in Bank stmnt

Hi,

I have a wierd question:

I have got a single statement from my Employer for my previous earning.
But my Monthly_Net_Deposited in Employer's statement is sum of two different deposits in the Bank Statement for the same month.

I can only submit my employer's statement and Bank Statement as proofs.

I hope I can explain this in the covering letter.Please throw some light on this.

You could highlight this in the earnings cover letter with wordings along these lines

Sample:
I wish to bring to you notice that the salary for the month XXX 10 was deposited as two installments by the employer and the corresponding entries in the bank statement provided are serial no: XXX and XXX, which when totalled agrees with the net salary mentioned for the month of XXX 10.

I hope your employer letter contains a break up of the gross and net salaries month wise for the earnings period.

I missed to mention that its the same scenario for nearly six months.

If I mention serial numbers for all these six months, I hope the ECO wont mess up....
