I (EU Citizen, non Swedish) am posted by my company to another of our sites
in another EU country (Sweden) for an initial period of slightly
less than 3 months.
Then I will use my free ticket home to my home office, and work for 2 weeks.
Then return later to Sweden for a period of 1 month.
Do I need to apply for a registration certificate as I will not be here 3 months straight ?
or maybe the rules are 3 months per year, or what exactly ?
Anyone know the rules.
Local site sent me this e-mail2004/38/EC wrote: (11) The fundamental and personal right of residence in another Member State is conferred

Subject: Registration for right of residence
Hi,
I hope that you are enjoying your stay in Sweden. I just want to remind you to send me a registration for right of residence.
Since you are an EU citizen a work permit is not needed for your stay in Sweden. However, you must make a registration for right of residence if your stay exceeds 3 months. This can be done during the first 3 months of your stay in Sweden. Please fill out the enclosed file after your arrival to initiate the application process http://www.migrationsverket.se/download ... 011_en.pdf
