I have a quick question.

Can I submit photocopies of payslips ans job letter with depnd. visa application, or do I need to send original.

as they are so long in processing, and I might need my job letter and payslips for some reason.

Usually copies of such documents are accepted but local BHC may have different requirements in place e.g.- In Pakistan, copies of passport/visa pages must be attested.

Therefore, best to check with VAC / BHC in the country where the application needs to be submitted.

i am in UK for more than 12 months as Post study worker. my wife applied for dependant visa on 26/07/2010. i got job 1 st march 2010. and i just send 3 months payslips and letter from the employer. i Dont know whether i will get it or not?

You do not need pay slip for dependant applications, the main requirement is your PSW Visa, proof of relation to your wife, i.e marriage cert. then bank statement to show fund for 3 months, thats maintenance, payslip is not used for maintenance in PSW applications.
