dependant visa

dependant visa

Hi,When main application on tier1 is UK and dependant is in Inida who has to fill the dependant visa form and sign it ?.Does spouse needs to submit all the original documents along with dependant visa form and submit in the visa office?

please advise .thanks.

The applicant must sign the form, though he/she can get the form filled from someone if unable to do so by himself/herself.

All documentary evidence as specified in the policy guidance must be original.

Documents such as passport personal details pages and visa page (main migrant) may be scanned or photo copies. Likewise, if submitting additional documents (such as payslips, tenancy agreement, utility bills), you may submit scanned / photo copies. Check with local VAC / BHC if such documents need to be attested as these requirements differ from country to country.
