Dependent Visa for my Son

Hi,
My name is Manavalan and i am staying in UK from last 4 1/2 years.
i have a 5 month old baby boy who was born in India..
For applying Dependent Visa what are teh documents i need to submit?

Do i need to provide Rental Agreement?

Please let me know about this.
