Stamp 4- Changing employeer

Post by victor143 » Thu Aug 05, 2010 10:18 am

Hi All :D ,

I am just wondering When you are on stamp 4 ( which you get after 2 years of green card) if u change the employer is it compulsory to inform GNIB.
If so , what is the procedure, what docs we need to submit.

Thanks in advance

This is not necessary if you are going to work in the same profession with a registered employer in the state. The details of your new employer may be updated at your next renewal. If you are however changing to a different profession not covered under the Green card scheme or you are hoping to start a new business, you would have to notify the Gardi as these are covered under different immigration provisions.

Good luck
