Desired: Should have an understanding of Frameworks like Microsoft Composite Application Blocks(CAB/SCSF) or/and Prism framework for Wpf, Busiess object frameworks like CSLA.
Should be comfortable with unit testing frameworks like nUnit.
Should have good conceptual understanding of standard design patterns and principles applied on large scale software development.
