1_what marriage break down means in legal terms--if that means a Divorce or Legal Separation.and what is legal separation.
2-i'm on spouse visa and left my house a week ago becase my husband tried to kill my unborn child.as my husband is british national, will my baby be a British National.?
3-will i be able to stay in UK on my baby's behalf?
4-i,m married for 3 months , how soon can me or my husband apply for divorce.
when can he write to home office to cancell my visa.
