Few questions on My Payslips | for dependent visa

Hi all
I am in UK, will start a new job from monday, i wish to apply for my wife's dependent visa in early september.
I have few Queries as below.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Is it mandatory to show 3 months salary slips? as i am starting my new job only this month, i should wait for next 3 months and apply for her visa? and again i heard there is going to be some changes in VISA rules in November.

2. is it also mandatory to show communication details like phone calls and emails,chat etc between me and my wife? I see lot of applications getting rejected, for some silly reasons. pls help
