EC Refusal due to payment mismatch

Hi,

I have received EC Refusal from BHC in response to my Tier1 App, for the reason that my Payment in Reimbursement Slip do not match with that of Bank Statement.

In the reimbursement Slips, Meal Voucher Component for around 2.5k is clearly seen. Becaz these meal vouchers are paid to me as Sodexho coupons, my bank statement shows 2.5k less.

Despite explicit MealVoucher component in the reimbursemnt slip, my App is refused.

Planning to notify this through Administration Review.

Did you make sure before applying whether your reimbursements are such that they can be considered as "earnings" - as specified in the policy guidance?

I have read the guidelines before applying and thought of giving a try adding my reimbursements slips also.

And I have got a EC Refusal explaination that Payments are mismatching but not as reimbursements are not accepted as earnings!

Did anyone face this type of Refusal earlier,please help how did you proceed further.

Did your net income on your pay slip include meal voucher payments as well?
