For PSW, Pankina reconsider and appeal, which is faster?

I am just far too bad luck I guess. I applied PSW on 23rd April, and I got the refused letter on 17th May saying I didn't provide 7 days bank statement to get the maintenance points. I found a solicitor and went on to appeal. The hearing was on 6th Jul, and I got the result from the court on 26th Jul saying I can get the PSW visa. The application fee 550 pounds, and the appeal fee about 1500 pounds.

Right now I am still waiting no one knows how long for the letter from HO to tell me where and what I should send my passport and photos etc to to get my visa back.

As I said, the appeal was grated on 26th Jul, and HO refused my application because I didn't provide 7 days bank statement, which I did have more than 800 pounds in my account during that 7 days.

I am waiting for the letter from HO to tell me where to send my passport and photos etc to get my visa back. However, I read some people they've been waiting for half a year and they still haven't got the letter form HO.
