Maintenance Fund-ECO Refusal.

I have submitted 2 bank statements(IDBI& SBI) for my salaried account(since I have worked in 2 companies during the claim period) and another bank statement(HSBC) for maintenance funds. unfortunately the ECO has looked into one of my salaried account (IDBI) for maintenance and stated that i don not have sufficient fund and rejected .

should i go for a Admin Review. since it is clearly a mistake from ECO. or should i apply for a fresh application, since i am not sure about the time for the outcome of results from Admin review process.

if i use Admin review, can i send a covering letter and the copies of my bank statements which i have submitted already. or i should send only the review form;kindly guide me
