I have applied for Tier 1 visa under the Highly Skilled Worker Category at Bangalore VFS on the 14th of July 2010. The website still says that my visa is currently under process.

Will my application be considered under the cap imposed on 19th July 2010.
Also what is the typical waiting time for the visa to get processed from Bangalore.

Please advise.

According to UKBA website, the date of application for out of country applicants is considered to be the date on which biometrics are taken.

So, for you it would be 14th July and would be processed under old rules.
