Have you got COA? You need to first apply for COA then you can apply for spouse visa?1. is it better to apply in person or via the post. we would rather apply in person as the waiting times are so stressful and we would rather know upfront so we can get a decision the same day
Not directly. If you have COA and then apply for spouse visa then my answer is No.2. how badly will the fact that i have not been attending classes affect my application?
Not true. There have been people refused because of non attendance as they want to see that you have been abiding by the rules of the visa that you have been issued with and attendance is a very important part of a tier 4 visa. They had to return to their home country and re-apply from there wasting tons of money. If I were you, I'd go back to your home country and apply from there to begin with as they don't check attendance. Otherwise, apply by post as they will ask for proof of attendance if you apply in person.alikhan28 wrote:Have you got COA? Op has only two months visa remaining so I doubt he would get COA and can apply within times.I am not sure about one thing in my mind that you should have six month visa remaining to apply for COA.

There's no longer a requirement where you must have 6 months remaining on your visa but I see where you're coming from because it takes ages to get a COA approval (from what I see on this forum anyways).alikhan28 wrote: Every case is different.Do agree yours point that apply by post.
