Hi,
I am in the process of applying to PBS Tier 1 General Migrant Visa. Before I submit the application I have one quick question.
I qualify to the Tier 1 program with 100 points. My question is, I have two refusal of Visit Visa of U.K., Is can be a problem for me while applying PBS Tier 1 General Migrant Visa. But I have valid U.S. B1/B2 valid visa and I have been to EU couple of times.
Please advise me in this regard.

There was no deception but I was in U.K. on visit visa for all most 6 month but at the time of visa interview I have mentioned that I am going to U.K. only for four weeks time, which I applied from Dubai and got the visa, after six months I came back to India. and In India I have been refuese for B Visa but it is all most 6 years back store. so can you tell me, it can be problem for me?????????
