can i challange with the HO for appealing against giving me discretionary leave to remain in the UK for 3 years from July 2010-July2013 and NOT happy with HO decision as i am from Somalia and came this country 2006 and applied asylum seeker in this country and Not been recognised as a refugee .


P.S. I'm from somalia and the HO got no doubts about that and there's still war going on Somalai since 1991 till i mean (endless WAR) So why i shouldn't be reconised as a refugee in this country and not granted indefinate leave to emain in the UK?

Surely they gave you a letter detailing reasons why your LTR has not been extended?
Have you a criminal record?
You should consult a lawyer if you wish to challenge a decision against you.

@ Mr Rusty No i don't have a criminal record bro, I'm student and in uni.

first when I came this country I was 16 and they said you not, you are 18 (age disputed) and they sent me to a doctor to prove my age and proved the HO wrong as the doctor said this guy is 16 or 17. (Not 18 or over).

the second reason they refused me was they said your story was not enough strong to recognise you as asylum seeker and they know that where i came from there's a war going on and fight gun bottle going on every day and not peace to live.
So that was the only two reasons that they put on the refusing letter.

sounds like the reason they have refused you is because they are saying you personally werent being persecuted and that the violence was indiscriminate.

Im sorry but it is not acceptable to say just because someone is from Somalia they should be given refugee status
