1mani_uk u tried your local Council for report? if not then go to a Solicitor whom can do this for you also.If you have family friend whom knows of a Solicitor who can put a report together for you. In the report they do mention the housing Act as not being over crowded and the dwellings of the house etc they calculate in units persons living there etc and then mention act as then stating that another person can live there without it being over crowded.
Not a good idea.Never heard anything like that.ahahahahWhat I can suggest would be for you to go to a PCO close to your home in Pak and use their call facilities and ask them to do you a letter stating that such and such person is a regular user of our call office and stating which numbers are dialled on a regular basis. Get it signed/stamped and dated. This would then be evidence towards your partner calling you from abroad.

Hi,batleykhan wrote:120 working days( 5 days per week plus any bank holidays) is equivilant to 6 months.
It means you still have two months left in which time they can still make a decison.
Your application will be dealt with the Croydon office here in UK, so its the Croydon office you want to be asking for progress.............. that is providing your documents were not in a batch that went AWOL a few months back.
Congratulations,Yousafa wrote:Salaam All,

Hi sorry to quote my own post but i was hoping that batleykhan or someone could shed some light on this for me? thanksSairah A wrote:does anyone have experience of changing jobs during the visa process? the letter with my husbands application (which i am sending v.shortly inshallah) has a letter from my current employers with their contact details.
however, i have an interview this week for another job. if i was to start there (which would not be for another month because of my notice period) what would happen if the eco rang my current employers who would then say she is no longer here!
i would really like some advice/guidance on this as i really want to take this new job but obv not if it will be detrimental to the hubby getting a visa...
Ufone do provide itemised bills. I submitted one with my application. PAYG.K44MYY wrote:...
About itemised billing on a pay and go sim. Its virtully impossible as I have just got back from pakistan. I tried myself getting itemised bill from Ufone, they dont offer it no matter what you say and would pay them. A few people i know tried also. Any evidence you can provide for keeping in touch do attach it your application.
