I would appreciate if some one guide me about the following issues

1) what is required to convert ILE ( KOL req) to ILR when in Uk, Just a Life in UK test?
2) which form should be used for ILR when in UK to upgrade visa to ILR?
3) What are other standard requirements for ILR ( when applying to upgrade from ILE(KOL Req.)

Unfortunately, at least one UKBA caseworker didn't seem to know about the significance of "KOL REQ" endorsement.

Similarly, for unmarried/same gender partners.
