WHMV expired HSMP Refused, what happens to FLR?

Hi there,

I was in the UK on WHM visa and applied for HSMP nearing the end of the WHM visa. I applied for FLR(IED) because i was waiting for a decisin on HSMP. The HSMP was refused and I got a refused FLR a week later because of the HSMP refusal. I was given 28 days to appeal for the HSMP. I appealled and informed the IND and left the country 12 days after the FLR refusal. Have I overstayed? My HSMP review is refused and I have to go back to UK to settle issues and visit a friend who is celebrating her 30th birthday.
I am not a holiday visa national(less than 6 months).
