Ladies and Gentlemen,
I need some information about the UK study visa. I am a citizen of Madagascar but I reside in Italy. I intend to study in UK and I have been accepted for a postgraduate course of study beginning in September 2006 at Liverpool John Moores University. The problem is that I have been refused a study visa for Canada in January 2006 because I didn’t provide a correct information about my criminal charge in Canada. In fact, I have a criminal charge in Canada but I pled not culprit and the lawsuit did not take place yet. Can I apply for a UK visa even if I have been refused a visa for Canada? Do I have to mention this fact in my visa application for UK? What are the risks for me to be refused a visa for UK?
Thanks a lot for your response
