Will I be able to get my PSW in time? Please help.

Post by slam383 » Sun Aug 29, 2010 1:31 pm

I have £800 in my account starting from July 5th. Does this mean I can only send off my application around beginning of October since the money needs to be in my account consistently for three months? My residence permit expires on October 31st. Will I be able to get my PSW on time?

Please help :(

psw visa

its possible to send the psw application just before the current visa expires.
and as long as ur psw visa is being processed by the home office even after ur current visa expires, u still have legal rights to stay in the uk.
keep the maintenance always above 800 and it should not drop down to below 800 even for a day.
