uk settlement visa questions

my first post so i hope it in the right place
I have been looking at the online visa application for my wife to come to live in the UK and a few of the questions I am unsure what we should put to some of them (by the way is this form available for download the most uptodate one I could find was December 2008)
14 on which date do you intend to leave the UK ? if my wife is coming to live in the uk permanently what do i put in this box as she is not intending to leave?

71 you stated that you receive income from other sources such as friends or family I send money more on an as she needs plus i pay for her internet bill every month do they want an exact amount or say avarage over the last 12 monts?

126 Have you lived with your sponsor in a relationship like a marriage or civil partnership at any time (including since a wedding or civil partnership ceremony) we have only lived together in different hotels over Thailand does this count ? we have stayed at too many places to list them all in the space provided is it possible to just put various hotels in Thailand and then list them on a seperate part ? maybe under additional information ?

154 what is their total monthly income from all sources of employment or occupation after tax? my income changes each month because bonus and overtime are not the same with a difference of up to £500 some months what do I put here I have my p60 from the last year should I work off that but this year I have earned a lot more or just work on the average for this year so far?

one other thing does worry me not sure if this is the right place sometimes i have been told i need to show large amounts of savings others have said only enough to show I can support her with out public funds my bank does not have lots of savings because I have been to Thailand 3 times in the past 12 months and I send her money each month too , If i saved all my money then I would never get to see my wife will this be a problem?

Put any future date after 2 months time.

Yes she would write what she receives from you.

If you have proofs then write .You can write details in additional documents coloum.

154 what is their total monthly income from all sources of employment or occupation after tax?

First write total you have in p60 then add that my wages increases due to bonus I get.

I can sympathize with this last part having travelled to China 4 times in the last year and the savings I have actually being set aside for the deposit on a family home if & when the blasted UKBA pull their finger out and get on with processing my wife's application.
