Spouse visa

Hi All,
I have met a women online from USA weeks back and we talked and we decided to marry.I know its a short time..but we like each other and decided to get marry.I am 29 and she is 39 years old.She worked before and now receiving unemployment benefits from the employer.I would like to know how can i move there and get marry and get spouse visa there.
I am planning to go in a tourist visa and get marry and then change to spouse..please let me know how to go about this.

You need to clarify what you mean by "get marry and then change to spouse".

I mean get marry and then change to spouse visa..So need clarification which is the best way to go about this.
Whether shall i see her and then come back to india then apply for fiancee visa..and also shall a unemployment benefit from employer can sponsor?

1. Will age difference between myself and my fiancee (10 years) i am 29 and she is 39 create problem?

2. Shall we marry in a tourist visa?

3. How long will take to adjust from tourist visa to spouse visa?

It is illegal to enter the US on a tourist visa with the intent of adjusting status to permanent resident.

There is no "best way". It depends on what you want to do. Do you want to marry in the US and stay there as permanent resident? Then you need a K1 (fiance) visa. Do you want to enter the US as a permanent resident? Then you need a CR-1 visa (which involves marrying in the US, leaving the US and applying for the visa in your own country).

Also do a Google search for "Affidavit of Support".
